1. Information we receive
We may receive account details such as your name and email address, product and device information needed for support or licensing, billing references from a payment provider, and messages you send to us.
When you use Selah Tagger, project files and derived analysis data may be processed to provide upload, review, export and reporting features. The exact retention behavior is described in the Data Retention Policy.
2. How we use information
Information is used to deliver the products, authenticate access, process payments, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, answer support requests and improve reliability.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use uploaded audio to train a shared model unless a separate, explicit opt-in is presented and accepted.
3. Service providers
Infrastructure, storage, email, analytics, error monitoring and payment providers may process limited information on our behalf. They receive only the access needed to provide their service and remain subject to their own legal and security obligations.
4. Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information by emailing selah@selahsoniclabs.com with the subject “Data request”. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
5. Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Material changes to this notice will be reflected by updating the date above.
