1. Agreement and eligibility
By using a Selah product or service, you agree to these terms and confirm that you can enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use a product for an organization, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.
2. Accounts and licenses
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Software licenses are personal or organization-specific as stated at purchase and may not be resold, shared publicly or used to bypass technical limits.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of audio, filenames, project information and other content you provide. You grant Selah the limited permission needed to process that content solely to operate the requested service.
You must have the rights required to upload and process the content. Do not use the service to distribute malware, violate privacy, infringe intellectual property or break applicable law.
4. Beta products
Beta software may change, contain defects or be interrupted. Known limitations and non-certified measurements must not be represented as final compliance guarantees. Keep independent backups and verify critical decisions with appropriate professional tools.
5. Payments and availability
Paid plans, renewals, limits and refunds are governed by the offer shown at checkout and applicable consumer law. Features may evolve, but material reductions to a paid service will be communicated when reasonably possible.
6. Disclaimers and liability
Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Selah is not responsible for indirect loss, lost creative work or decisions made without appropriate review. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
